"Preserving Time for Generations to Come"

No Business lost, Sept 27, 2011 365 Day Photo Project September 27, 2011

“The humanitarian thing is to try to do all we can for these people.” ~Tim Horton

Store is renovating, I assume.  Not wanting to disappoint, or to lose customers, they have set up this temporary shop outside!  It’s a novel idea, why don’t they go mobile, and have the stores come to office locations! This trailer, had a line up of 3 people deep inside.  Tim Horton’s is Canadian Legend, known for their coffee and donut shop, as well as there fresh bagels, bakery, and fresh soups, and sandwiches!

Water, 365 Photo Project, Sept 21, 2011 September 21, 2011

The water is your friend. You don’t have to fight with water, just share the same spirit as the water, and it will help you move”.           ~Aleksandr Popov

Funny, how once the water balloons are all gone, then the container of what the water balloons were in, comes next!

Adorn, 365 Photo Project, ~Sept 16, 2011 September 16, 2011

“Know, first, who you are; and then adorn yourself accordingly”. ~Epictetus

It really is a lot better picture of the rosette bobby pins, than just keeping them on the card, that I use to display them on.

These can be found at www.precioussadies.etsy.com

Carwash, 365 Photo Project, ~Sept 15, 2011 September 15, 2011

We have no right to ask when sorrow comes, “Why did this happen to me?” unless we ask the same question for every moment of happiness that comes our way. ~Author Unknown

Went for a super duper car wash today, and for a rewash, as it didn’t quite get it all.  The second time, it broke my mirror….damage cost to replace for part $600+

And it the cloth even left the evidence behind!  I’m hoping for some compensation! Hoping to hear back soon!

Grass is Greener, 365 Photo Project, ~Sept 14, 2011 September 14, 2011

” The grass may be greener on the other side but at least you don’t have to mow it.” `unknown

No more needs to be said, with that quote above, other than, if you like to buy this pendant, it can be found at www.precioussadies.etsy.com

Owl Cards, 365 Photography Project, Sept 12, 2011 September 12, 2011

“A wise old owl sat on an oak; THe more he saw the less he spoke;  The less he spoke the more he heard; Why aren’t we like that wise old bird?

On the weekend, I ran out of my mounting cards, that I would mount these clips on.  In my box, I had these cute little owls postcards that I had created more to mail out to clients for upcoming shows.  With having at least 100 things to mount, I used these cards instead, and now I really wished I didn’t reorder so many of the other grey ones that I have shown down below featuring the bobby pins.  These owls are so darn cute on these cards!    It also has been a good weekend being a wise owl to friends.

Webs, 365 photo project, ~Sept 11, 2011 September 11, 2011

“Housework is something you do that nobody notices until you don’t do it.” ~Author Unknown

Two weeks ago, my home was spotless! As, I wanted to make sure it was well clean when we got back from holidays! Then school started, and then the preparation for craft fairs, I seem to be back where I started once again.   I don’t look up too often, with high ceilings, but this web (I hope a dust web!) was out of the way before company arrived….needless to say, the dining room table, was not, but you gotta to start somewhere!
