When is it a good time to start to exercise? Day 5 – 365 Photo Calendar Project January 5, 2014

If you have doctor’s approval, and you’re able…why not start today! New Year’s for me, is a fresh way to start my year off much better. Cardio one day, alternating muscles the next.  Sundays off…Thank goodness, because I have started, as then I can rest on Sunday, because today, I’m hobbling up and down the stairs.

Day 5 – Rest

Camera Settings: 50mm, 800 iso, 1/13 sec, F/2.0   me: I realize, I should most likely shoot in landscape, so my photos are uniform, when I put this calendar together.  and usually it’s the 7th day, is known to rest…but, It’s 5 days into my project!  Me: had to stand to the left to avoid my late night shadow of myself hitting the yoga mat.
