"Preserving Time for Generations to Come"

“You are a rabbit, and I’m going to eat you for supper. Now, don’t try to get away! I am more muscular, more cunning, faster, and larger than you are, and I’m a genius. Why, you could hardly pass the entrance examinations to kindergarten. So, I’ll give you the customary 2 minutes to say your prayers.”  ~Wil E. Coyote talking to Bugs Bunny

I went out looking for a subject for a photo today.  I saw a female and male mallard duck on the side of the road.  As, I approached them, they flew away, over to the pond.   When I parked the car, and was about to walk over to the pond, another lady was a little timid to take out her baby from her car and stroller for a walk, as she said she spotted a coyote by the pond.  Right, where I was headed.  Not one to seek out coyotes, I noticed it hanging around the pond, it must have had the same idea as me, that it want to see the ducks, too.   The lady’s friend arrived, and with the comment of the coyote, she saw it, and said, “Oh, it’s a young pup”.   So, I went back into my car, and drove up to see my new subject.   He was even playful in the grass, but didn’t like me following him in my car. I still didn’t want to become too close, and become his subject, as he might have his family near by.  Christina
