Welcome to 2009! January 5, 2009

Filed under: What I am up to! — precioussadies @ 10:19 am

I know, I’m a bit late posting a celebration for the New Year, but better late then never!!

All my children, will be back in school tomorrow! So holiday break is offically over and back into the routines! It was a great relaxing break!  I made myself 10 resolutions, that  I’ve already started; one of them is to go to bed early by 10:30 p.m!   For me, that is early, and I find it hard to stay asleep throughout the night.  During craft fair season, I am up till usually 1 – 2 am, and average 5 hours of sleep.   I run on a lot of adrenaline, and when I do go to bed, I don’t have to think about, ‘oh, I’m almost sleep’… or that I wake up and it’s 2:20 am and I think, “get back to sleep, you have another 4 hours!” .   I’m sure, I’m not the only one to feel like I can’t quite do everything that I want to do in a day!  I have prioritized other commitments, like exercise into my daily routine, so I keep telling myself that I need my rest!  I know we are all blessed to have the same 24 hours in a day, but there is so much I want to do, learn, and experience, that stretches from making new jewelry, home improvement (painting/organizing) to learning in other aspects.

I still feel tired from doing so many craft shows this fall (14 in total), and I need to take some time to update photos on the website www.precioussadies.com, but in the next few weeks, I will hope to be “more awake” in the daylight hours, to post some new contests, and ideas that I would like to share with you!   Yikes… 11 minutes…before bed, Goodnight!!
